Fred Stepkin Monday Blog December 2nd 2024 – A Hot Look for Petite Features! ~ I had combined cutting edge techniques envisioning to complement this week’s pretty model with her petite features for our high fashion haircut! I have implemented a stingy portion of mousse to her wet hair, combed through. Her hair dried a bit then I assisted tilting her head down then I power dried her hair bye my hand for her controlled & gruff like statement. That was it only 2 minutes of drying. She loves her haircut and how easy it is for her to maintain!
