Recent History Monday Blog May 20th 2024 – Shattered Layers Shoulder Cut ~ Our Hair Model this week is showing a shoulder-length British Punk-Rock style sliced and deeply chopped in layers creating Mona’s fresh haircut! I chipped into her fringe & perimeter lengths at the ends of her hair for our edgy appearance. I used a tiny bit of Mousse’ combed through at 50% dry and I dried her hair by hand for her party style hair and wallah!
