Fred Stepkin Monday Blog March 24th 2025 – A Choppy Pixie Cut ~ This week’s active Rock & Roll cut! I’ve implemented a few texturing techniques that assisted her layers lift for this antigravity sportswear style! For our models finish I had applied a tiny bit of hair gel L’Oreal for greater lift & shine. I then power dry her hair by hand for greater body and appearance, wallah!
